These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of www.taemm.com and the coordination services offered by TURISMO DE ALTA ESPECIALIDAD MÉDICA MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. (“TAEMM”), with registered address at Ecuador 2331, Monterrey, Nuevo León, C.P. 64620, Mexico. By using this site or requesting our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

Nature of our services

TAEMM is a complete coordination company for domestic and international patients. Our role is to provide guidance and to arrange and coordinate access to healthcare services, together with the travel and stay logistics involved.

TAEMM does not provide medical services, does not make diagnoses, does not prescribe treatments and does not take part in clinical decisions. Medical care is delivered directly by independent healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics and laboratories, who are solely responsible for the medical acts they perform, for their professional practice and for the licences and authorisations covering it.

The clinical relationship is established between you and the treating professional or institution. TAEMM is not a party to that relationship.

Free orientation and care proposals

The Free Orientation is an informational conversation about the coordination process. It is not a medical consultation, a clinical evaluation, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.

Any care proposal is prepared only after a healthcare professional has reviewed your medical information. Any cost, timing or duration estimates TAEMM shares with you are informational and subject to medical evaluation, provider availability and the particular circumstances of each case. They are neither a binding offer nor a guarantee of a clinical outcome.

Treatment timelines, appointment availability and potential savings may vary depending on the medical specialty, the diagnosis, the recommended treatment and applicable regulations.

Third-party services

To coordinate your stay, TAEMM may arrange services delivered by third parties, such as accommodation, transportation, transfers and logistical support. Those services are governed by each provider’s own conditions, rates and cancellation policies.

TAEMM acts as coordinator and is not liable for breaches, delays, cancellations or damages attributable to those third parties, without prejudice to the support we will provide in handling any incident.

User obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information, including the medical information relevant to your case.
• Report any change in your health status, medication or conditions that may affect the coordinated care.
• Meet the immigration, documentation and travel requirements applicable to your situation.
• Use the site and the services lawfully and not interfere with their operation.

Limitation of liability

TAEMM is responsible for diligence in coordinating the services you actually engage with us. It is not responsible for clinical outcomes, for the medical decisions of treating professionals, or for events beyond its control, including acts of God or force majeure.

The information published on this site is for informational purposes and does not replace consultation with a healthcare professional.

Intellectual property

The contents of this site — text, images, trademarks, logos and design — belong to TAEMM or their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. Their reproduction, distribution or commercial use is not permitted without prior written authorisation.

Personal data protection

The processing of your personal data, including sensitive health-related data, is governed by our Privacy Notice, available on this site and prepared in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.
