Partial Mastectomy + Sentinel Node Biopsy
Breast-conserving surgery that removes the tumour while preserving as much breast tissue as possible. The sentinel node biopsy evaluates possible spread of the cancer to the axillary lymph nodes.

Modified Radical Mastectomy
Procedure to remove the entire breast gland, generally accompanied by evaluation or removal of axillary lymph nodes, according to the characteristics and extent of the cancer.

Bilateral Mastectomy with Immediate Reconstruction
Procedure removing both breasts with breast reconstruction performed during the same operation. It may be indicated as part of oncological treatment or, in selected high-risk patients, as a risk-reduction procedure. May include implant-based reconstruction.
